Bring Your Kids To Work Day.

Today, my school has a very special School activity day, and I brought Both boys so they could be involved.  We had to spend the first bit of the morning with my First period class, and the boys had so much fun chasing "J" and "C" around, (and beating them up)

My students were great sports and made the morning so fun for my boys.

 Gotta love the "Bystanders". :)

Oh my i love our new Pictures.  Like love them.

We finally did the "Red Rock" pictures.  I always kind of avoided it cause it seemed so Cliche because "everyone" does it.  But I Love Them!!

Today I got my first of these.

It is called supartz, it is a shot to help with joint lubrication, and hopefully reduce pain and swelling.

Oh man was it a bugger going in.. I mean OUCH!

This is the next step trying to put off another surgery this summer.  The doctor (and I) are hoping it makes enough of a difference in Pain Levels and Function that we can put off an Osteotomy (cutting a wedge out of my femur) or a total knee replacement for a little longer.

I will get one of these babies once a week for the series of 5.

THE Best Game of Hot Potato

We had some friend over to play, and we had a spectacular game of hot potato.

It was a lot of fun for the kids.

But even more fun for me to watch!

Soccer 2013

Cooper has been playing hard at soccer.

 He is not the Worst on his team, but he is also not very aggressive (we are working on it)

 He is, however, very enthusiastic, a lot of fun to watch, and really, really cute in his uniform!

 Way to go Buddy,

Easter 2013

 We kept Easter Small this year.  Ward party on Saturday, focusing on the Savior and the resurrection on Sunday, and a small Easter Egg Hunt with friends on Monday.  We put enough money in the eggs ($5 total) that the kids took themselves out for icecream after lunch

We don't go out for ice cream cones very often, so the kids thought it was awesome.

And we made some great memories!!

Nick had a Birthday in March.

I made Cake and Cupcakes,

We had some friends over.

Opened a few presents, and just enjoyed Celebrating Nick as our one and only.

The Birthday Card he got from our Friends' Little Girl was so cute, and said she hoped he had a fun birthday, even though it was a grown-up party.

We have really missed Nick lately while he works 12's.

He is an incredible person.

He gives 100% to everything, His Young Men, His Boys, Me, His Job.

We are lucky, like so lucky.

Aw man these kids are so delicious...Enjoy

 It is Time.
Spring comes early around here and we have been working to get our Backyard, back up and running.

We have planted 4 new rose bushes, that are all beautifully blooming.

Our Fruit trees are all flowering.

Our flowering trees are so pretty.

We added 1500 ladybugs to our family and spent an hour playing with them.

Coop thought it was awesome, which it was, but also slightly creepy.....

Which is how Jacks felt about it.  After we went inside and the boys were brushing their teeth I found one in Jacks jammies , so I made both boys strip down so we could check for hitch hikers.

The Boys love visiting the plant store, they fight over who gets to pull the wagon, and they would sit and watch the turtles in the water feature for hours if we would let them.

I love this time of year, and I am grateful for Nick shouldering a lions share of the burden of getting the yard ready.
