I always think it is funny when people say how much Jacks and Coop look alike.

I Say: Not so much!!

Here is Jacks and Coop at the exact same age.

Definitely still Brothers though.

Jacks:

Is sitting up all by himself

Might be getting a tooth if the larger than usual amount of drool is any indication.
Not to mention the fussiness.....

Coop:

Has had his first before the parade experience that involved Lightening McQueen

Has also ridden in his first parade. He did awesome and threw all his candy like a champ.

Conference Weekend

Yesterday we loaded up the boys and went up the mountain to scope out the colors....
Look at  all the GREEN

 So we stopped at a lake and threw some rocks

 Posed for some super cute pictures

 On the way down the mountain we found some pretty leaves by the side of the road.. Both the boys were asleep so we took a picture of JUST US!

The colors will probably be better next weekend, but we had a nice drive all the same.

I have an addiction

I am just crazy about self portraits with my boys.  There are more of me and Jacks than Coop, because Jacks can't run away!! Mwa HA Ha
Coop and Daddy even get in on the action!

Jacks @4 months

Today we had Jacks well-child-check.
And he is....well...... Perfect/ Gorgeous/ Genius ect..ect..
He is 25.5 inches long (75%)
15 lbs 4 oz (55%)
44 3/4 cm head (97%)

So a tall guy with a big noggin!!

Today Jacks:

Can roll from his back to his belly
Has had rice cereal and loves it
Has the most adorable belly laugh
Jabbers constantly
Wakes up happy
Is "Chill" ;)
Has the most gorgeous icy blue eyes
Loves his Big Brother!!!


Today Coop:
Is practically perfect in every way.....except potty training!!

Good Things

I am the advisor of the PEP club here at school....Because I am so PEPPY!!
My Club President is nuts and had a brilliant idea to repaint the student section of the stadium.  So 48 hours into the project here are the before and afters!

BIG Plan Revealed

Who: Me Jacks and Coop
What: Birthday surprise for Grandma
When: Friday after work
Where: Manti
Why: Because my Mom is spectacular, and really misses seeing her grandsons!
How:  Long road trip, for a spectacular albeit short visit.


On Friday after work I loaded the boys in the car and made the Trek.  Jacks slept until Richfield and Cooper was perfection. When we arrived at my Parents my Mom was already in bed,worn out from a long day at work and still recovering from a rollover she was in with her sisiters a few weeks back.  So we walked up stairs and woke her up.  She was just a little excited

So we spent the rest of the evening hanging out.  And had a lovely breakfast the next day,  My mom had to go to work that morning.

And we left shortly after.

It was short and sweet,but it was the best birthday present i could come up with.
I love you Mom and you were worth the trip.
