Am I missing a step??

Coop has been in underwear for more than a month now, but he keeps having accidents.

Most of the time they are in the bathroom, but sometimes he doesn't even try.

He doesn't want to be in diapers, 

but is he not ready for full-time underwear??

Not really sure what to do, when I get to daycare at lunch

my day is just ruined when he is wearing different pants.

I should be home with my kids and am really struggling with being a working mom and making potty training "Stick"

What am I missing????

Jacks @ 8 months

Jacks:

Still has only 2 teeth

Eats a lot of Bread

Army Crawls all over

Wears 9- 12 month clothes

Randomly bursts into fits of laughter

Sleeps for 8-10 hours at night

Is a Mommas Boy

Coop:

Is doing awesome at being Potty trained, and only has accidents in the bathroom if he doesn't "Hurry" enough.

The Last Gift of Christmas

My final Gift to Coop and Nick this year was a 1/2 hour flight over the city.

Coop loves airplanes, and I was so excited for him to go on his first flight!
