Conversation for Today: Cooper

Me : How was school?

Cooper: Good.

M: Did you make any friends?

C: No, we didn't play inside.

M: Did you play outside?

C: Yes.

M: Who did you sit by?

C: The same Girl as Yesterday.

M: What is her name?

C: I don't know.

M: Why didn't you ask her?

C:  It's a rule, mom.  You're not supposed to talk!!

He is so funny, 

and apparently obedient!

THE day

Today was THE day!!!

Nick had to take Coop to the Bus-stop, cause I was in class, these are the pics he got.

 But I think they are hilarious!!!

 First Bus Ride!!

 One of the best things about this Elementary/bussing situation that we chose was I can be at the Bus Stop to greet him Almost everyday!  Today I was a little early, so I played with jacks for awhile.

 The Bus was late so jacks and I sat with the other waiting families, there are actually 2 other kindergartners that will be at this bus-stop..

Friday: Last Week (Legoland take 2)

We bought a 2 day pass for Legoland, and we used the second day on Friday. First thing i did was exchange Wednesdays' Assisted Access Pass for a new one! 

We started on one side of the park, rode every ride on the way, ate lunch, and then played for awhile in the Lego playroom.

Then the rest of the rides, and all the Roller Coasters Twice. (That's right we rode almost every ride, I think we skipped 2) Including the Train ride Again.

We were done by 2:30 (Thank you Assisted Access Pass), and went back to the condo for naps.


After Eating out at Delicious Anitas (yummy Mexican Food) We finished our Vacation on the Beach.  We built a Sand Castle(ish), found a Sand Crab, Chased Seagulls, and Watched the Sunset.  It was Perfect!

Thursday: Last Week

We didn't start our day until after lunch on Thursday.  This is how I found Jacks on several mornings 

My Parents got stuck in a Time-share-sales-meeting, so we took it easy in our room with our "recovering" broken boy!


After Lunch we drove to San Diego to go to the maritime museum. 
This Museum is super cool, we came here on vacation 3 years ago too!


They have an American Submarine, and a Russian Submarine you can climb through.  Nick and Coop did it, but obviously I had to pass. :)


They also have some double masted sailing ships.  The Museum itself is a hundred year old ferry boat.

They had an art display by Gauguin, that included his original writings in french.  It was so cool.  

My favorite part is that for an extra $3 they will take you out in the San Diego Bay on an old Pilot Boat for 45 minutes...AWESOME!

 We saw a couple really Big Navy Ships!

 They actually took us up under the edge of the Midway Aircraft Carrier.

 It was another beautiful day, weather-wise too!

 So Delicious!!
